The New Potatoes are solidly established as Arizona's
premier Celtic band, performing the music of Ireland,
Scotland, Brittany and France.
A New Potatoes performance is lively, dynamic and filled with
much variety (including jigs and reels, humorous songs and
heart-felt airs). The New Potatoes are met with enthusiasm
from the youngest audience in elementary schools to the
elderly of retirement communities (all responding to the
musicians' passion, proficiency and regard for tradition).
This group of talented musicians is listed on the artist roster
of the Arizona Commission On The Arts and has executed
numerous residencies and performed at festivals throughout
the state since 1985.
